Richard Young Fine Art Prints
Richard’s archival pigment prints are printed to a limited edition of 45 by himself at his studio in Wanaka, giving him full control over making these exquisite works that define his expression as an artist. Framed to his contemporary aesthetic, they are designed as an installation piece, allowing his photographs to sit separated from the space they will now sit within, providing a window to escape to an alternative place to experience the solitude and silence found in his work.
Richard’s refined fine art printing techniques push the boundaries of modern pigment printing, making them among the finest quality pigment prints. Working closely with Epson as their fine art printing ambassador, he has carefully selected the finest cotton paper from one of the world’s oldest paper mills in Europe, celebrating the traditional artistry of printing. He has been able to further customise this paper’s rendition to produce a uniquely profiled paper that defines his expression, resulting in a print that embodies his artistic identity.
Provence
All of Richard’s prints are limited to edition 45 prints +4 artist proof, this edition is inclusive of all print sizes.
Each print is embossed at the bottom left-hand corner with Richard’s artist blind stamp. Adjacent to this, it is numbered to indicate its print number from the limited edition of 45. Prints are also signed, edition, and dated on the back.
Each print is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, which should be affixed to the back of the frame to reveal the print’s provenance even after the back of the image has been concealed.
Print Size & Price
Richard’s prints are produced to a standard size of 700 x 610 mm, which has been meticulously selected to optically showcase his intimate retrospectives of the landscape. The sizing encompasses the finished print size, including the 100mm border that encircles the photograph to facilitate presentation in his signature framing style.

Postage & Framing
Prints are sold unframed and rolled in custom tubes that can be safely posted worldwide. Each print is supplied with framing instructions to frame to Richard’s signature style; designed to separate his photograph from its installation, providing a window to an alternative space.
